How to gain investment clarity
Choose Investments That Can be Visually Explained
Women, in general, are more visual learners, so make a point to seek out investment opportunities that are explained visually. You want to see materials that clearly illustrate in how the investments were chosen and what the risks and potential gains are.
Do you and your investment firm share the same values?
Do you value complete honesty and transparency, then any investment firm you become involved with should offer the same transparency – you want to make sure he firm discloses all relevant investment details to you.
Is there an open door policy?
Make sure you get an open invitation to communicate regularly and openly. Ask questions about the firm’s office, do they have an office you can visit, do you have to make an appointment, or can you just walk in? The more open – the better.
